Leadership includes overseeing and leading our Inclusion Council, inclusion strategy, and internal programming. In partnership with agency elected officers, diversity and inclusion is woven into the fabric of who we are. We believe that inclusion drives growth, growth in our agency, our creative, our clients, and the industry.
